Things people ask me

Do I need to be using a specific system for you to help?

No. I work across most common business software — Zoho, HubSpot, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite and others. If you're not sure, just get in touch and we'll work it out in a conversation.

Why does my data and how my business works matter so much?

Because software and AI are only as good as the data underneath them. When your fields, stages and processes reflect how you actually work, everything else — reports, automations, AI — starts to make sense and deliver real value.

Is my business data safe if I work with you?

Yes. I work to Privacy standards and treat your business data with the same care I'd want for my own. Data protection isn't an afterthought — it's built into how I work.

I've got a one-off project rather than ongoing work — is that okay?

Absolutely. I work on one-off projects as well as ongoing support. Some clients want a data migration done and dusted; others want someone in their corner long term. Both work fine.
