I help small businesses get more from their technology — their systems, their data, and AI.
When people ask me what I do, I usually say "I move data and help sort systems." It's accurate — but it doesn't totally capture it. I act as a technology officer for small businesses. Someone who looks across the whole picture: systems, data, processes, AI — and helps make it work.
Many technology problems in small businesses aren't always technology problems — they're data and process problems wearing a technology costume. Messy imports, missing backups, automations nobody understands, systems that don't talk to each other. I've seen every version of this, and I know how to fix it.
I'm based in coastal Suffolk and often found dinghy sailing from Slaughden in my downtime, or out and about in our wonderful area!
