Do I need to be an existing Zoho customer to work with you?

No. I can help you evaluate whether Zoho is the right fit, purchase licences through my partner account, and handle the full setup. If you're already using Zoho and need support, that works too — I can take over from wherever you are.

What size of business do you typically work with?

Mostly smaller businesses and solo operators across the UK — typically 1 to 50 staff. Often businesses that need a proper system but don't have an in-house IT or CRM team. That being said I have supported businesses with 50 to 250 employees.

How is working with a Zoho Partner different from going directly to Zoho support?

Zoho's own support is reactive — it helps when something breaks. A Partner works proactively on your account, understands your business context, and can build, configure and advise in ways that standard support tickets don't cover.

My business is outside the UK can you still support or implement my Zoho

Yes as a Zoho Partner in the UK, I can support you in other countries and would localise your Zoho data to your country or area.

Yes. I work with Zia — Zoho's built-in AI — and can also integrate external AI tools including Claude, Perplexity, and others into Zoho automations where they add genuine value.
