We start with the foundation. Zia learns from your data, so if email, stage, owner, closing date, and other key fields are incomplete, predictions will be weak.

We review recent records, identify the biggest data gaps, and improve the fields that matter most first. This is not a wholesale data clean, its getting key fields ready to be value to using the AI.

Day 2 - Email

We move into Sentiment Analysis, Intent Analysis, and related email intelligence features where available in your setup.

Day 3 - Prompts

Ask Zia and Smart Prompts

We test the practical side of Zia by using Ask Zia, running role-relevant queries, creating a task, and trying AI-assisted drafting inside a record

Day 4 - Predictions

Zia Predictions

We focus on one prediction path first, e.g. with Deals as the recommended starting module and Closed Won as a sensible initial outcome.

The aim is not to switch on everything at once, but to get one useful prediction model moving in the right direction giving you the foundation and confidence for more.

If Workqueue is available in your setup, we bring it into the workflow. If not, we create a role-specific custom view that surfaces what matters.

Day 7 - Routine

By the end of the week, we shape this into a daily operating routine: Ask Zia briefings, working top-to-bottom through priority records, acting on signals, and making one improvement at a time.
