Everything I do related to AI, data and systems falls into four types of work:
Advice – helping you decide what to do with your AI, data and systems.
Monitoring – keeping an eye on your systems and data so issues are spotted early.
Support – ongoing hands‑on help to keep things running and improving.
Builds – fixed‑price projects to create or improve workflows, reports, migrations and automations.
How I work and how I charge is explained below.

Step 1 – Fact Find Call

30 minutes, no obligation - Free

We talk about your business, your systems and what’s not working.You explain your situation and priorities.I tell you honestly whether I can help.We decide whether a deeper review makes sense.No preparation is needed and you don’t have to continue working with me afterwards.

Step 2 – Discovery & Plan

A detailed audit and assessment of your business - £299

If a deeper look is useful, I carry out a Discovery & Plan.This is a fixed‑price review of the relevant AI, data and business systems.

You receive:

A written report on where you stand.
A clear view of the main factors around the business area(s) - AI, Data,Systems.
A prioritised action plan.
A fixed‑price proposal for the recommended work.
Advice on whether ongoing support makes sense.
The report is yours to keep and use, whether or not we continue working together.

The Discovery & Plan fee is credited in full against project work of £1,500 or more, or against the first month of an ongoing adviser plan.

Step 3 – The work

Fixed price and/or retainer projects by Quotation

After Discovery, we either:

Agree a fixed‑price build, or
Start an ongoing adviser plan, or
Do nothing and you act on the plan yourself.

Ongoing Adviser Pricing

For businesses that want someone to keep an eye on their systems and help them improve over time.

Monitoring & Essentials

£149/month

Scheduled monitoring and exception reporting for one agreed system or process, with a named point of contact and minor corrective actions included.

Ongoing Adviser Support

from £399/month

Regular advice, system oversight and continuous improvement across your AI, data and business systems. The exact plan depends on the level of coverage and responsibility you need.

Fractional Technology Partner

from £750–£1,200/month

Wider oversight across your technology stack, with regular leadership‑level advice, AI adoption guidance, data governance and coordination of system changes and suppliers.

Details are confirmed after Discovery, based on your actual systems and priorities.
