- We arrange an initial video call to talk about your business, your systems and what you're hoping AI will change. This is a high-level fact find, and often the point where we rule a few things out.
- Where needed, I carry out an AI Readiness Assessment — a structured review of your data, systems and processes, with a written report and a recommended first step.
- From that I produce your AI Pathway and Plan: the use case to start with, what needs to be in place, and what it will cost to build.
- Once agreed, I build and test it against real examples from your business, with guardrails and privacy handled as part of the work.
- You have direct access to me throughout, and I keep you informed at each stage. After go-live I can stay involved on a retained or ad hoc advisory basis as the tools change.
